Visit to South West Deer Rescue & Study Centre followed by Ploughman’s Lunch at the Coach &
Horses, South Perrott

The deer centre, near Crewkerne, is set in 110 acres of beautiful countryside. We will be taken on a closely-supervised guided walk where you will come into close contact with the deer, giving ample photographic opportunities. There will also be a chance to feed some of the deer with carrots, and their favourite Rich Tea biscuits (you may wish to bring some). The sanctuary has red, albino-red, fallow, axis, sika and muntjac deer.

The terrain may be muddy and uneven in places, so please bring appropriate footwear.

On our way back home we will visit the Coach & Horses, South Perrott for a Ploughman’s lunch (comprising Ciabatta Panini with selection of 3 cheeses, salad & chutney) followed by tea or coffee.
