James has been interested in wild food / foraging since childhood, finding crabs and lobsters on the Gower coast. He is passionate about natural history and its conservation. James lives in Dorset and works full-time on foraging courses and “The English Truffle Company”.
After an introduction which includes safety, sustainability and the law, we take a tour through the seasons, via a detour to the coast, to look at examples of the wild food that can found and what can be made with it.
In the spring James Feaver has offered to take a group of us foraging in the local countryside, followed by an opportunity to sample foraging finds. Further details will be available at the talk.
Cost: Members £3.00 Non-NTSDA members £4.00
